Magellan knows the Season kicks into full gear when it's time for our Annual Holiday Party. More than 120 of our employees, clients, partners, and family members gathered on Sunday, December 7, at Morton’s The Steakhouse in Northbrook for a day replete with superb food, raucous entertainment, some story-telling and lots of laughs. The daytime celebration took us away from desks, schedules, phones and spreadsheets and into the company of our valued co-workers and friends.

The party delivered on variety. Karaoke and dancing gave willing participants (and really, who wouldn't be willing??) a chance to take the spotlight, while balloon animals and magic kept the little stinkers entertained and adults amused. From one end of the room to the other, something was always happening, making it easy to jump in—or simply take it all in.

Moments like these don’t happen without effort, and the event was also a chance to recognize the people who make Magellan’s community possible year-round. From those who planned the celebration to the teams who support one another every day, the party reflected a shared commitment to showing up—for our work, our clients, and each other. It was a simple but meaningful way to pause, say thank you, and carry that spirit into the year ahead.

At its core, the Holiday Party captured what makes Magellan different: a strong sense of family. Colleagues, clients, and families mixed easily, and kids were as much a part of the day as anyone else. It was less about a formal celebration and more about being together—an annual reminder that Magellan’s culture extends well beyond the office walls and terminal grounds.
