The power of

our People

Magellan knows that our best asset is our human capital. Our employees are rewarded with opportunities to broaden their knowledge and skills, and to learn in an environment that celebrates success and fosters collaboration. And our relationships don’t end at the office. Client engagement, volunteer participation, and outside professional growth all contribute to a dynamic atmosphere.

A people-first environment, Magellan invests in our talent, and they invest in us. The proof is in the pudding: the overwhelming majority of Magellan employees have been with the company 10 years or longer, several since we first opened our doors.

We are committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
